Am I a Candidate?

Anyone who suffers from nearsightedness, farsightedness, or astigmatism is a potential candidate for LASIK surgery and freedom from wearing corrective glasses and contact lenses. Please call our toll free number or email us to schedule a free LASIK evaluation.

The following general restrictions do apply:

• You must be at least 18 years or older and in overall good health
• Your vision prescription has been stable for at least one year
• You do not suffer from any eye health conditions that may affect the success of the procedure or healing process afterwards.

In addition there are certain medical conditions which may prevent you from being a candidate for LASIK. By calling QualSight we can review some of these with you. However, it is important to note that only a qualified Ophthalmologist can determine definitively whether you’re a candidate.
