Our provider relations staff is dedicated to contracting with independent Ophthalmologists who are typically the leading providers of refractive surgery in their communities. QualSight provides these independent surgeons with committed patients and an ability to better compete with the LASIK surgery chains. Every major LASIK surgery chain has made significant investments in staff and resources to sell plan sponsors programs that drive patients to their company-owned LASIK centers, excluding independent Ophthalmologists.

QualSight Credentials its Providers

Consistent with sound managed care principles and meeting our clients’ expectations, QualSight follows a highly professional credentialing process. To guarantee independence, QualSight contracts with Credentialing Solutions (CS) to approve our Board Certified Ophthalmologists. A provider to leading managed care organizations, CS is URAC-certified for all verification elements (license verification, status of clinical privileges, education and training, malpractice insurance verification, among others.
