We have a staff of intensively trained Care Managers just a phone call away to assist you through the entire process. From overviewing vision correction surgery to determining if you have a medical condition that might preclude you from having LASIK surgery, to making your appointment , to making sure your experience was what you expected and finally that you paid the correct price. Our Care Managers are Equipped with Up To Date Information

We provide our Care Managers with state of the art systems to effectively assist you and provide you with correct information and guidance. Our systems lead our Care Managers through their phone call with you and assists them in following protocols established by our independent Medical Review Board. Medical questions are referred to our Medical Director to make every effort to provide you with the best information.

We Support our Ophthalmologists So that You Obtain the Best Treatment

As a follow-up to making your appointment, we provide our Ophthalmologists with a written notification of your appointment and the price you are to pay. We then follow up with them after your pre-op appointment and after your surgery to make sure your surgery met the expected outcomes but also that you paid the right price. Our Provider Relations Department supports your doctor so that you get the best service.
