How to Use QualSight

Employing us for your laser vision correction is simple, fast and straight-forward. Our Care Managers will guide you step-by-step along the way, and if you have any questions or concern, they are there to help.

Here’s what you do

1. Call our toll free number. You’ll be connected immediately with an QualSight Care Manager who will explain our services and talk with you about any questions. They’re extremely knowledgeable about LASIK, and if need be, we have a doctor on staff to help you further.

2. Receive a free, initial pre-screening on the same call to ensure you’re a potential candidate for LASIK.

3. Choose from QualSight’s extensive list of credential, Board Certified Ophthalmologists in your area and then your Care Manager will join with you on the call to schedule your initial appointment.

4. Upon scheduling the initial appointment, provide QualSight with a refundable deposit and if for any reason you choose not to have the surgery, this deposit is refundable with a simple phone call. In addition, this deposit is not an additional charge. It is part of your total price for LASIK.

5. After a successful pre-op exam, you have refractive surgery and several follow-up visits with the physician.

6. Your QualSight Care Manager will follow-up to see how you’re doing and to ensure your satisfaction and that you paid the right price.

7. Enjoy your new life free of glasses or contact lenses.

Payment Information

Our QualSight network of LASIK surgeons allow for different kind of payments. When you have your pre-op exam, please check with their office to learn what they accept (personal check, credit cards, cashiers check). On the day of your LASIK surgery, you will pay the balance of your QualSight agreed price. At any time, again, call your Care Manager if you need guidance.

In regard to those financing their treatment through QualSight, all financial forms will need to be completed before your procedure, and QualSight will handle the payment to the surgeon. To learn more, see Financing.

Financing

Knowing all budgets are not the same, we offer a range of payment plans for your laser vision correction. We can often qualify you for financing within five minutes. No fees or complicated applications to slow the process.

QualSight Payment Alternatives

Through the Farm Bureau Bank, qualified individuals can receive interest free financing for up to four months and flexible payments terms. With GE CareCredit, the fixed monthly payments also can be made over 18 to 60 months.

Sample QualSight Financing

Here are two examples of what your monthly payment will be if you receive traditional LASIK surgery for both eyes and financed through GE CareCredit needs at a 11.9% APR: first, if you choose to finance over three years, you’ll pay not more than $64 per month; second, if you choose a five year plan, you’ll pay not more than $42 per month.
