Selecting us for your laser vision correction is simple, fast and straight-forward. Our Care Managers will guide you step-by-step through the process. If you have any questions or concerns, we are here to help.

Here is what you need to do:

1. Dial our toll free number and we will connect you with a QualSight Care Manager who will explain all of our services and answer any questions you may have. QualSight Care Managers are extremely knowledgeable about LASIK and if need be, we also have a doctor on staff to help you further.

2. When you call, you will receive an initial pre-screening that will determine if you are a potential candidate for LASIK.

3. Your Care Manager will help you choose from QualSight's extensive list of Credentialed, Board Certified Ophthalmologists in your area. Once you have decided upon a provider, your Care Manager will then help to schedule the initial appointment.
