1. Call our toll free number. You’ll be connected immediately with a QualSight Care Manager who will explain our services and talk with you about any questions. They’re extremely knowledgeable about LASIK, and if need be, we have a doctor on staff to help you further.

2. Receive a free, initial pre-screening on the same call to ensure you’re a potential candidate for LASIK.

3. Choose from QualSight’s extensive list of Credentialed, Board Certified Ophthalmologists in your area and your Care Manager can schedule your initial appointment with you.

4. Upon scheduling the initial appointment, provide QualSight with a refundable $50 scheduling deposit and if for any reason you choose not to have the surgery, this deposit is refundable. This deposit is not an additional charge, it is part of your total price for LASIK.

5. After a pre-operative exam, QualSight collects an additional surgery deposit of $440 and if for any reason you choose not to have the surgery, this deposit is refundable This deposit is not an additional charge, it is part of your total price for LASIK.

6. After your LASIK procedure you will have several follow-up visits with the physician.

7. QualSight will follow-up survey to confirm your satisfaction and charges billed.

Your Treatment Price Includes

The price QualSight has established for you includes: the doctors exam and evaluation of you as a candidate for LASIK surgery, your surgery, several follow-up examinations, a one-year retreatment plan, and our fee to manage your care through the entire process. That’s it. No add-ons, no hidden, “small print” charges.

Making Sure You Pay the Right Price

When you call our Care Manager and set up your comprehensive exam and evaluation, QualSight will send both you and your selected LASIK surgeon a written confirmation that states your treatment price to the penny. Further, your Care Manager will also follow-up with you after the surgery to ensure you paid the right price. From the day you call us for a free evaluation to the day you’re free of your old glasses or contact lenses; we want you to clearly know what you’re paying.
